Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer support, social media management, and operational tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Provide customer support primarily via email, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Manage and monitor social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), focusing on community engagement and responding to messages and comments
• Support content scheduling and basic posting tasks
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across workflows, content, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Assist with time-sensitive and last-minute requests

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly tone)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, operations, or social media management
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Basic understanding of QA processes or strong attention to detail in reviewing work
