[Hiring] Virtual Functional Medicine Physician @Aligned Modern Health

Role Description

Aligned Modern Health (AMH) is creating a new standard of healthcare. We are seeking outstanding physicians to join our functional medicine team. We are looking to build up our local teams in Chicago and virtually!

The compensation range is $75,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and includes base salary and revenue share/bonus opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
• Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience practicing functional medicine and performing functional medicine specialty testing/labs
• Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings preferred
• Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL license and any remote location determined
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
• Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Licensing Requirements

• Active Illinois Chiropractic license required to start employment
