[Hiring] Sr. B2B Marketing Manager - Growth @OfferUp

Role Description

This role involves leading the go-to-market strategy for OfferUp’s self-serve SaaS offering, focusing on driving B2B demand and optimizing campaigns.

• Own go-to-market for OfferUp’s self-serve SaaS offering
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Ops, and Creative teams
• Lead integrated go-to-market planning from pre-launch positioning through paid and owned activation
• Run and refine full-funnel campaigns (paid social, search, retargeting, content syndication, field marketing)
• Build media and creative testing frameworks to benchmark and improve CAC:LTV
• Design and maintain the B2B attribution model
• Partner with Sales, Creative, and Marketing to develop launch materials and sales enablement assets
• Track competitive landscape and synthesize customer feedback to optimize campaigns
• Report progress through dashboards and concise executive updates

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing
• Hands-on demand generation and performance marketing experience
• Proven ability to own a launch and scale it through disciplined experimentation
• Fluency in performance channels (search, social, display, email) and CRM automation
• Strong analytical instincts
• A builder’s mindset
