Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA, and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in E-commerce (including 2+ years strictly in hands-on Google/Meta ads and Shopify platform marketing).

Results-driven to lead user acquisition and e-commerce revenue growth.

Own the full-funnel strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify Advertising.

Drive user acquisition and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce presence on an international scale.
Paid Media & Advertising (Google & Meta)

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital ad campaigns via Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.

Manage daily advertising budgets and execute rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and landing page creatives.
Shopify Advertising & Growth

Develop and manage Shopify ad campaigns (Shop Ads, App Store ads, and marketplace placements) to build brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and boost store subscriptions.

Collaborate with Shopify’s ecosystem and partnership networks to align performance campaigns with global retail trends and shopping events.
E-commerce Strategy & Analytics

Drive online sales optimization by tracking the end-to-end conversion funnel.

Utilize e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Shopify dashboards) to generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications

E-commerce Focus: 100% of your career experience must be within the E-commerce or online consumer tech/retail sectors.

Platform Expertise: 2+ years of highly specialized, daily management of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Shopify Experience: Demonstrated success planning or executing campaigns directly within the Shopify Ads platform and ecosystem.

Data-Driven: Proficiency in setting up UTMs, tracking pixels, and analyzing data to refine marketing strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Market Focus: Deep understanding of global e-commerce landscapes, digital consumer behaviors, and cross-border marketing trends.

Remote Ready: Proven ability to work independently across time zones with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

100% Remote (Global) | Optional Hybrid/On-site for Dubai-based candidates.

This is a fully remote global position. However, candidates residing in Dubai have the option to work directly from our physical office space.
