Role Description

Seeking a Compliance & Licensing professional to manage all regulatory and licensing obligations across our operating states. This role is critical to ensuring we meet both federal and state-level compliance requirements as we grow our lending operations.

• Oversee and maintain all state mortgage licenses for Realfinity Mortgage
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations (NMLS, RESPA, etc.)
• Act as the designated AML/Compliance Officer in applicable states
• Coordinate license renewals, updates, and reporting
• Support internal audits and regulatory filings
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting our operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker
• Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states
• Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
