Role Description

The Learning & Development Consultant will function as a strategic partner in our Learning & Development team, leading the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences. This role is responsible for end-to-end learning — from assessing needs, architecting solutions, designing content (e‑learning, video, ILT), facilitating sessions, to measuring impact.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, SMEs, and L&D stakeholders to drive performance and development through learning initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, define program objectives, and recommend learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, virtual sessions, and blended learning solutions.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, and evaluation tools to support program delivery.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate learning sessions when required, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Measure program effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and learning metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational priorities.
• Stay current on best practices, emerging trends, and tools in learning design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development / instructional design / learning consulting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, video tools, etc.).
• Ability to design and deliver learning in multiple modalities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to assess needs and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret learning data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
