Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing designs, and producing high-quality graphics for various marketing materials and projects.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements
• Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and print materials
• Develop and execute graphic design concepts that align with the company's brand identity
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and design techniques
• Ensure all designs are consistent, visually appealing, and meet brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Communicate project progress and updates to the marketing team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Provide creative input and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with web design and video editing is a plus
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
