• Accurately input a variety of data types, including numerical, textual, and financial information, into designated databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
• Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
• Assist with data cleaning and validation projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as required by team leads or management.
• Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related queries.
• Continuously improve data entry processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience with data entry software or CRM systems is advantageous, but not required.
• Familiarity with basic data management principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
