• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients concerning transportation services and inquiries.
• Assist customers with bookings, scheduling, and issue resolution through various communication methods.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless and effective transportation operations.
• Stay informed about current transportation policies, products, and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; good command of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and transportation industry software is beneficial.
