Mercier Consultancy is on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Spanish-Speaking Customer Expert to become a vital part of our dynamic logistics delivery team in Greece. As a team member, you will be pivotal in facilitating effective and efficient communication between our customers and operational services, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as a crucial link, ensuring that customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback are accurately conveyed and addressed in a timely manner.

• Provide professional customer support in Spanish related to logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering service-related questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery solutions.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve logistics services.
• Stay updated on company policies, logistics processes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Applicants must have at least a B2 level of fluency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or delivery sectors, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools preferred.
• Willingness to live and work in Greece.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
