[Hiring] Senior Consultant @OneStream

Role Description

Join our dynamic Customer Support and Remote Consulting (CSRC) team as a Senior Remote Consultant! In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You'll play a crucial part in empowering OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live.
• Delivering custom solution-based support.
• Offering expert consulting to both partners and internal teams.
• Mentoring new peers and leading projects.
• Being a role model to the rest of the consultants.
• Thinking on your feet and making quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a field such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (i.e. CPM, software implementations, development, financial/accounting systems).
• Minimum 24 months of OneStream Consulting experience.
• Functional experience within Financial Close/Consolidation.

Requirements

• Lead Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.
• Provide post project go-live support and consulting, including:
• Troubleshooting data discrepancies and analysis of consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas, and business rules.
• Building reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes.
• Assisting during customer transition.
• Building Integrations.
• Gathering business requirements regarding application support requests.
• Leading and empowering application-focused team members.
• Reviewing and approving Knowledge Base documentation.
• Focusing on business-level initiatives and engaging with customers and partners.
• Submitting reports of product issues on behalf of the customer and/or partner.
• Supporting testing of software enhancements and new functionality.
• Assisting in User Application Testing (UAT) of future OneStream software releases.
• Tracking tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed.
• Effectively communicating throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue.
• Helping build and test content for Trainings and events.
