What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations with pre-scheduled clients through Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
• Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital documentation of client interactions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development programs
• Build strong client relationships while developing communication and business skills

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming college graduates
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Organized and self-motivated individuals with a goal-oriented mindset
• Professionals open to coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and digital tools in a remote environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
