[Hiring] Software Partnership and Business Development Lead @Honeywell

Role Description

The Software Partnerships Leader is a strategic, externally‑facing executive responsible for building, scaling, and managing Honeywell Fire’s global software partner ecosystem. This leader will:

• Identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships that accelerate product innovation.
• Expand market reach and strengthen Honeywell’s position in the connected fire safety and building technologies landscape.
• Work closely with Offering Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are aligned with product strategy, customer needs, and Honeywell’s long‑term software growth ambitions.
• Be accountable for the full lifecycle of partnership development: strategy, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, co‑innovation, and ongoing performance management.

Qualifications

• Visionary understanding of ecosystems—ISVs, technology alliances, data partners, integrators, and channel collaborators.
• Ability to translate partnership opportunities into tangible commercial outcomes.
