What You Will Do

• Precision Labeling: Review content for sentiment accuracy and identify subtle reasoning flaws.
• Fact-Checking: Verify factual consistency against structured guidelines to ensure AI outputs are trustworthy.
• Model Evaluation: Use scoring frameworks to grade AI performance across multiple quality dimensions.
• Justification Writing: Provide clear, well-reasoned written explanations for your labels and scores.
• Validation: Audit automated assessments to catch discrepancies that the AI might have missed.

Qualifications

• English Mastery: Advanced professional fluency in English with exceptional comprehension skills.
• Proven Experience: Prior experience in data annotation, AI training, or related linguistic projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills, particularly the ability to articulate "why" a piece of content is right or wrong.
