[Hiring] Senior Implementation Consultant @Kyriba

Role Description

As a Senior Implementation Consultant (P4) on Kyriba's Partner Deployment team, you will serve as a senior Kyriba Subject Matter Expert (SME) embedded within partner-led implementations and Value Added Services engagements. You will work alongside our network of elite implementation partners, providing advanced functional expertise in Payments, Risk Management, and other Kyriba modules.

This position operates in a dynamic, high-volume environment where you may support multiple clients and partners simultaneously. You will also support existing Kyriba clients through change orders and module expansions as part of our Value Added Services practice.

What You'll Do

• Expert SME Support & Delivery:
  • Deploy into partner-led implementation projects as the Kyriba functional SME.
  • Support existing Kyriba clients through Value Added Services (VAS) engagements.
  • Configure and test Kyriba modules (Cash Management, Payments, Forecasting, Connectivity, FX, GL, Hedge Accounting, Risk Management).
  • Design creative, out-of-the-box solutions that address unique client and partner challenges.
  • Manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Partner & Client Engagement:
  • Build trusted relationships with implementation partner teams.
  • Lead client and partner meetings within your area of engagement.
  • Support clients and partners through UAT (user acceptance testing).
  • Represent Kyriba with professionalism and deep domain credibility.
• Training & Enablement:
  • Lead comprehensive client training sessions tailored to end-users, admins, and power users.
  • Create custom training agendas, materials, and best practice guidance.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex designs and configurations.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Opportunity to mentor junior Implementation Consultants.
• Workload Management & Execution:
  • Manage a high-volume, reactive workload across multiple engagements.
  • Apply Kyriba implementation best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely timesheets.
  • Proactively communicate availability, risks, and workload status.
• Continuous Learning & Growth:
  • Obtain and maintain Kyriba COE certifications.
  • Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan.
  • Stay current on treasury best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system (TMS) implementations, professional services, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact client engagements.
• Experience leading or participating in full end-to-end implementations is a strong asset.
• Prior experience implementing or supporting TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or financial systems strongly preferred.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range for this role is $1,015,100.00 - $1,283,825.00.
• Variable compensation may be eligible (e.g., performance bonus or commission-based plan).
