Role Description

IS Solutions is part of Comcast headquarters Finance and Accounting organization within Revenue Operations. The organization is responsible for delivering best-in-class billing solutions and services across all our Comcast Cable lines of business from ideation through execution; with a growth-minded, diverse, and skilled team.

This role is within IS Solution’s Continuous Improvement team – focused on driving continuous improvement across the organization by aligning strategy, data and execution. This team’s vision is to drive consistent results through data driven decisions and flexible, outcome focused teams to scale people, process, and technology improvements across ISS in partnership with operational teams and partners across Comcast.

This role enables the definition and delivery of the end to end strategic plan and associated tactics for the IS Solutions organization. The Senior Analyst role is responsible for working alongside the rest of the strategic planning team to develop and maintain the multi year strategic plan, define success metrics, and drive business value against actionable tactics. This role is expected to engage in a wide range of activities including professional facilitation, data analysis, business process solutioning, and executive communication in support of the strategic plan and associated transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing strategic decision-making by designing and maintaining advanced reporting systems and databases
• Analyzing data associated with the strategic plan to provide comprehensive business impact assessments
• Developing strategic recommendations based on thorough research to steer future business strategies
• Performing key business and financial analyses for strategic insights
• Conducting rigorous economic and organizational analyses to support strategic planning efforts
• Coordinating with project teams to provide expertise in areas of strategic planning for successful outcomes
• Collaborating with specialists and management to contribute to strategic projects across various units
• Sharing knowledge of strategic planning methodologies with less experienced colleagues to build team capabilities
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Colorado Pay Range: $73,052.93 USD - $140,018.13 USD

Hawaii Pay Range: $85,228.42 USD - $127,842.64 USD

Washington DC Pay Range: $93,345.42 USD - $140,018.13 USD
