[Hiring] Administrative Supervisor @Convergint

Role Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Administrative Supervisor to join our amazing culture. As an Administrative Supervisor, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”:

• Lead a team of 4-5 Accounts Receivable Project Cost Administrators
• Participate in monthly/weekly strategy meetings, AR meetings
• Partner with Program Managers, Invoicing colleagues and CTC colleagues to ensure we remain the customer’s best service provider
• Review potential customers and understand their Invoicing and Accounts Receivable reporting requirements and needs
• Ensure these standards can align with company standards and work with Program Managers to align customer expectations
• Responsible for manpower/resource management and forecasting
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Qualifications

• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills
• Ability to create procedure and policy documents
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage financial responsibilities across a fast-paced service and install business
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred Experience: (but not required):
• 3-5 years of Supervising Accounts Receivable/Collections teams
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
