[Hiring] SaaS Content Writer @WhatConverts

At WhatConverts we innovate and initiate! We are a dynamic SaaS company who offers a comprehensive lead tracking solution for marketers - one place to track ALL leads. As the SaaS Content Writer at WhatConverts, you will be entrusted with creating and improving the user experience by crafting clear, concise, and engaging content that guides users through their journey. 

This is a fully-remote, contract-to-hire, full-time position (40 hours per week) that can be conducted from anywhere within 3 hours of US Eastern Time Zone.

In this role you'll get to:

• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify content requirements and create content that aligns with the product strategy and user needs.
• Write and edit copy for a range of user interfaces, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that address those issues.
• Develop and maintain content style guides and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across products and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints.
• Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, metrics, and other data to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX content writer, copywriter, or related role
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for digital products and interfaces
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for creating exceptional user experience
