[Hiring] Sr. Software Engineer, Fulfillment @Tangelo

Tangelo aims to improve healthy food access and promote healthier lifestyles by making nutritious, affordable, and delicious food options accessible through a benefits platform for low-income families and those with chronic conditions. Our platform provides subsidized medically tailored meals and healthy grocery delivery at reduced costs, or even free, through partnerships with insurance companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and employers.

A Sr. Software Engineer at Tangelo will be an integral part of our product development team, engaging with team members throughout the entire lifecycle of our products - from ideation to development, review, delivery, and support. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will take ownership of your domain and be responsible for bringing your expertise to the table to deliver high-quality, reliable products that meet the challenges faced by your colleagues. You will also be expected to provide regular status updates and be a driving force behind delivering reliable products.

You should have modern Javascript/Typescript skills, extensive experience in the fulfillment space, and be passionate about working with this technology. As a full-stack capable engineer, you should be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of relevant work experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain software development
• Strong expertise in modern Javascript/Typescript development
• Full-stack development capabilities and experience with modern web technologies
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain domains
• Passion for software development and a drive to continuously improve and stay up-to-date with industry advancements
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
