[Hiring] Senior Fullstack Engineer (Elixir + React) @Surfer

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 PLN/net

We are seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer to help develop one of the most popular SEO SaaS tools in the market. As part of one of our product teams, you will be involved in the ideation, brainstorming, execution, and continuous improvement of amazing features we build for our customers.

Having prior tech lead experience is not a strict requirement, but it would be a plus. If you are someone who takes initiative and is driven to learn and grow with us, we encourage you to apply.

What will you do?

• Develop complex, data-intensive products while rapidly prototyping new features and ideas
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and help them grow
• Collaborate with your team and CTO to define requirements and scope of work
• Work with other teams to ensure seamless integration of features

Our tech stack includes:

• Backend (core application): Elixir → Phoenix, Ecto & friends
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, WebAssembly (Rust), Webpack, Redux, Styled Components, Jest, Puppeteer, Storybook
• Additional technologies (we understand that no one knows everything, so don't worry, we're continually learning these tools as well): PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Microservices: Rust, Node.js, Python (ML), Infrastructure: GCP, Ansible, Packer, K8S, Pulumi, HAProxy, Cloudflare Workers, CI/CD: Jenkins, ScyllaDB, Spark, BigQuery

We might be looking for you if you have:

• Solid experience in working with Elixir, React, and TypeScript codebases
• Appreciation for a well-designed user experience – you'll be working with our awesome Design Team, so you should have experience in working with data- and UI-intensive applications
• Ability to manage your time and energy effectively in a product-oriented environment; we offer plenty of freedom in how you work
• Previous experience in a tech lead role (nice to have!) or demonstrated leadership qualities
• Willingness to ask questions and suggest improvements to our work processes
• Flexibility to work with various programming languages if needed, as our tech stack is diverse and we enjoy exploring new technologies
• Self-motivation to find the best possible solutions in given circumstances
