• Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Lead the development of web-based applications using .NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship software solutions
• Develop technical specifications and architecture documents to provide direction to the development team
• Evaluate existing applications to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage the team's workflow to effectively prioritize and execute project tasks within the scope of the project
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements

• C1 English
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Back-End Developer with a strong focus on .NET and SQL (Azure is a plus)
• Previous experience (3+ Years) in a leadership or senior developer role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework
• Experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus but not required
• Experience working with database systems such as SQL
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, time-management and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
