[Hiring] Backend Engineer - Python @Buddywise

What will you do?

• Work directly with the CTO to determine how to scalably design back-end systems and APIs.
• Architect, develop and deploy microservices, serving a fast-growing number of customers.
• Collaborate with front-end and ML engineers to have an impact on different parts of the product.
• Design and deploy data pipelines to make the most relevant data available to our customers

Who are you?

• 3+ years (or equivalent) experience with Python.
• Experience building backend systems that support highly performant and scalable applications.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services, developing, deploying, and managing fairly large projects on the cloud.
• Experience building API with python based frameworks such as Flask or Fast API
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a big plus
• You have some exposure to setting up CI/CD systems to improve the speed and quality of shipping code.
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment and are comfortable challenging yourself and your team to improve their ways of working.
