👀 Sounds great right? What will you be doing?

 

Following the success of the business in winning a number of large clients, primarily in the financial services sector, we are looking for experienced individuals to develop our strategic accounts. Working closely with the Line of Business Heads and their teams, the SAD will retain and grow accounts by aligning to strategic objectives of clients to our capabilities and revenue development plans.

As a consultative selling expert, with a proven track record in developing key account relationships, you will primarily be focused on enabling customer success. This will include:

  • Creating upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client organisations - linking business units; applying use cases and driving adoption
  • Managing senior stakeholders (with a focus on Economic Buyers or key budget authorities) within Strategic Accounts to secure sponsorship, budgets and resource allocation to Moneyhub programmes
  • Acting as a Moneyhub ambassador including the clients’ IT, procurement, compliance and other influential buyer communities
  • Co-ordinating relationships with key suppliers, influencers and partners to secure advocacy and commitment of discretionary budgets

Requirements

Strategic Account planning

 

  • Own the account plan for designated Strategic Accounts, using the Miller Heiman Large Account Management methodology
  • Gather and disseminate important Strategic Account business intelligence, including published data, competitor activity and personnel changes which may impact account plans and Opportunity developments
  • Be the clients’ go to person post-sale to structure, manage and monitor progress towards the goals set-out pre-contract
  • Network within client organisations to help to maximise awareness, opportunities and stakeholder support using a structured ‘land and expand’ planning process
  • Coordinate plans with internal stakeholders and manage client communications on new developments, technical and operational issues, in conjunction with relevant colleagues
  • Detect, monitor and mitigate against competitor activity by maintaining stakeholder management plans

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Network with senior management and key influencers within strategic accounts, including Executive and senior technical function leads
  • Establish and maintain Moneyhub’s presence across business areas, operating divisions and geographies, where appropriate
  • Support the development of use cases with clients and leverage the full Moneyhub product capabilities available
  • Secure and/or extend Master Service Agreements within Strategic Accounts and lead commercial discussions, liaising closely with the Director, Key Accounts and the Executive team
  • Call upon Executive and technical support within Moneyhub to support client engagement opportunities, including marketing events, briefings, pitches, presentations and PR opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with key third parties used by clients which will influence Moneyhub’s position and expansion within the client, liaising with the Partnerships and Alliances Director
  • Run regular Strategic Account governance meetings and ensure that all relevant data is captured and maintained within the Account plan and Salesforce tools

 

To succeed in this role

 

 
  • A systematic and energetic approach to achieve business objectives
  • A great track record in Strategic Account development practices, preferably with experience in relevant clients and market sectors
  • Able to influence and work collaboratively across the entire client organisation, from sales to technology, getting everyone on-board with the key USPs of the Moneyhub propositions
  • First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation especially at C-suite level
  • The drive and determination to see an idea from beginning to end, making things happen when they need to, and pragmatically solving problems as they come up
  • You are great with people and have the ability to build lasting working relationships. You are skilled at facilitating discussion, dialogue and reaching agreement, with dedication to joint success and shared development .
  • Ability to think laterally and explore creative solutions in both deal negotiation and customer solution design
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and curious mindset, open to exploring new ways of doing things.

 

Key measures of success

 

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Strategic Account
  • The number and value of Opportunities generated for other Lines of Business
  • Securing commercial agreements including Master Service Agreements; new and extended contracts for projects and collaborative working
  • Positive qualitative feedback from Strategic Account executives (Buyers) and internal Moneyhub Line of Business staff
