Senior Manager of Partner Enablement

We have an opening for a Senior Manager of Partner Enablement to join our growing Partnerships team. This role will be the primary driver of key relationships, building rapport, buy in, and shared value with our strategic partner network. We’d expect this individual to play a significant role in shaping the culture and operational processes for a growing department and be a key driver of revenue for the wider organization. This role will report to our Senior Director of Partnerships.

An ideal candidate will be motivated by strategically maximizing channels to revenue, nurturing strategic relationships, and is energized by playing a pivotal role in an ambitious, mission orientated start up. In this role, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Support day-to-day relationship management for strategic partners, expanding and ensuring both parties’ success
  • Own go-to-market activity, planning and metrics for our ecosystem of Channel partners and VARs.
  • Regularly monitor and nurture health metrics of existing partners.
  • Drive revenue for Sustain Life, based on quarterly goals through generating business with new and established partners, through a combination of enablement and co-selling activity.
  • Driving lead generation with existing partners will include monthly relationship development calls (or more as appropriate based on partner and leadership guidance), quarterly business reviews, and co-marketing activities.
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within an accounting or tech consulting firm.
  • Qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Accounting/VARs partners and build account plans to drive revenue through the channel account.
  • Deeply understand seller and buyer needs in the partner ecosystem to provide actionable insights for engineering and the broader GTM team
  • Utilizing HubSpot and other PRM and CRM platforms to generate and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Who you are:

  • 4-6 years of work in partnerships, sales or channel sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Startup experience. You’ve helped build new businesses from the ground up
  • Have familiarity with common SaaS tooling such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and implementing PRM systems is a plus
  • Extremely organized individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to function and contribute within a team, while also having willingness to accomplish tasks individually successfully
  • Have an open-minded desire to learn, grow and adapt as your responsibilities evolve
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to identify and prioritize essential tasks
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a remote working environment
