💡 What is OnRamp exactly?

OnRamp is a collaborative onboarding management platform that helps companies provide a world-class onboarding experience to customers and partners. Our primary product is a B2B2B (!) application that serves companies from three-employee startups to Fortune 100s across almost all industries.

📈 What will I do?

If you’re looking to help build something that has a huge impact on how organizations efficiently and effectively interact and collaborate with one another, you’ve found the right place. As our first Account Manager, you’ll go boots-on-the-ground to deliver maximum value to our customers while building structure and process that will help us scale. You’ll be a key part of the team at a critical inflection point in OnRamp’s growth!

  • You’ll be working closely with new customers to get them up and running and ensuring that value is delivered quickly through OnRamp

  • You’ll be developing and nurturing relationships with our customer base (particularly our enterprise customers)

  • You’ll be supporting day to day needs of our customers by answering questions and creatively solving problems

  • You’ll be executing renewals and natural expansion opportunities

  • You’ll be working closely with sales, marketing, and product to be a voice of the customer and customer advocate and deliver an amazing end-to-end customer experience

  • You’ll be measured on net retention, customer satisfaction, and the ability to focus your efforts on the highest-impact initiatives for our customers

 

You’ll be reporting to Paul, OnRamp’s CEO. There will be massive opportunities to grow in a multitude of different directions.

  • You love dissecting and troubleshooting problems independently and finding creative solutions. You know when to ask for support and are comfortable questioning things that don’t add up.
