Job description – Manager Monitor Sales

Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced sales manager that thrives on providing impactful coaching, training, and development to a growing Software as Service sales team.  This team player seeks business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals, and drives the team to achieve sales revenue targets.  If you are looking for a remote sales leadership role that is making a difference by working with a team to improve America’s food supply chain and make products safer, this may be the role for you!

In this role you will:

• Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed performance and recurring software retention goals
• Develop and foster a high functioning performance-driven culture
• Take initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information
• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets
• Train and coach employees to maximize their software sales potential and recurring retention goals

• Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results

Experience/Education

• At least 3 years of leading a team conducting outbound/cold calling, demos, and prospecting campaigns; preferably a SaaS product
• Proven expertise in Consultative/Sales Methodologies
• Experience using sales sequencing tools; Outreach, Salesloft, etc
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Food, beverage, drug, medical device background, including but not limited to software, importing, regulatory affairs, and government agency experience a plus
• Foreign language skills (particularly Spanish) a plus
