[Hiring] Sales Account Executive @ITRS

Scope of Role

ITRS are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join the Commercial US-based Sales team. This is a remote role, reporting to Head of Commercial Sales - Americas.

Salespeople at ITRS bring in new and incremental revenue from new logos and allocated existing accounts. Your objective is to meet and exceed annual sales targets, typically exceeding $1M ARR based on the aggregate first years' subscriptions of all licenses sold in that financial year.

The solution includes capacity planning, synthetic monitoring, load testing, DEM, and large-scale log analytics.All products offer out-of-the-box functionality and the capability to build highly customized functionality by leveraging their underlying platforms.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing client accounts and pipeline.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Work on global accounts in collaboration with sales executives in other regions.
• Build and promote, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and opportunities while being aware of new solutions and competition.

You Have:

• Five or more years' successful track record selling complex software into the US market, preferably specializing in technology that operates in ITIM, AIOps, NPMD, APM, or other Enterprise automation software.
• The ability to find new business and grow revenue streams from existing clients. Creative, intelligent sales skills are required to identify and nurture sales opportunities within a finite prospect base. This should include the ability to prospect independently to add to the efforts of marketing and inside sales.
• Comfortable executing complex sales cycles where multiple players from ITRS (sales, presales, legal, professional services) and work with multiple players from the prospect (heads of IT, business line heads, project managers, procurement, legal) over an extended period.
• The ability to qualify and prioritize deals so that ITRS's resources are focused on the right opportunities at any time.
