SaaS B2B Account Manager

Partner up for the future of lead-tracking

WhatConverts is a fully-remote SaaS company who offers a comprehensive lead tracking solution for marketers - one place to track ALL leads. As an Account Manager at WhatConverts, you'll be responsible for driving proactive account management with marketing agencies and businesses who desire all inclusive lead tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate who aims to really make an impact with a growing SaaS company. 

This is a fully-remote, full-time position (40 hours per week). 

In this role you'll get to:

  • Partner internally with our C-Suite and Sales Team to successfully manage, and grow existing strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend strategies to provide top tier relationship management and drive revenue with existing partners
  • Efficiently manage the entire process of Account Management for legacy clientele, proactively looking for opportunities to improve their quality of WhatConverts service
  • Lead internal demand initiatives across the Sales, Marketing, and Development Teams to surface market feedback 
  • Help create new marketing collaterals and identify new opportunities to support WhatConverts' initiatives

 

What we're looking for:

  • You have a strong consultative approach and eye for detail
  • 3+ years in an Account Management role; ideally with 2-4 years of prior SaaS sales experience
  • You have the ability to present complex concepts in a strategic and concise manner
  • You have a solid work ethic, strong organizational skills, empathy, and a self-motivated attitude
  • You have positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Prior experience with a CRM
