Due to CINC’s continued growth and innovation, the company is seeking to add an experienced Head of Sales for its expanding Paygami division. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be an integral part of CINC’s continued growth.

Paygami is CINC’s rapidly growing middleware solution for the real estate industry. The treasury management solution provides both a payments platform and a best-in-class integration between banks and real estate accounting platforms.

CINC Systems invented the accounting platform-to-bank integration. For years it was only used to connect CINC’s accounting platform with banks. A few years ago, the company freed the capability from its own accounting software. The solution is now sold to banks and has been developing channel sales partners to reach real estate verticals. Those potential channel partners include the largest software solutions in association, multi-family, club, commercial, marina and other real estate management.

The role of the Head of Sales, Paygamiis to drive end-user sales across the numerous opportunities available. This includes prioritizing the numerous opportunities based on opportunity size and likelihood of success, as well successfully selling through and enabling partners to execute.

What we would expect from you:

• Present CINC features and benefits to sponsors and stakeholders with passion and a relentless pursuit to improve their businesses; ensuring they view CINC as the most professional operation in the space

• Identify creative opportunities to develop additional leads

• Travel and attend trade shows and events to establish relationships as part of a long sales cycle

• Work with industry partners to identify opportunities to work collaboratively to bring innovation to the Association Management space

• Be adept at managing a complex sales cycle and willing to direct and collaborate with numerous parties to ensure a successful close

• Actively participate within the sales process by meeting KPIs, entering activities, and forecasting appropriately

• Take a consultative approach at the bottom of funnel, ensuring prospects are comfortable and well informed

• Be comfortable asking for the business

What we would like to see:

• At least 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably Enterprise SaaS sales

• Experience with Salesforce is required

• A background in real estate, property management, or banking tech is helpful

• College degree or commensurate experience
