About the role

We are currently on the lookout for the Head of Sales Development to join us on our sales-hacking mission. Your main responsibility in this role will be leading our well-established team of SDRs (5 Outbound, 1 Inbound) and pushing their performance and process excellence to the next level. You'll also be a part of the Senior Management team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • managing the team of 6 SDRs - making sure that they're happy and that they're performing at the highest possible level
  • owning the core (top) part of our sales funnel: making sure that the calendars of our Account Executives are full of qualified opportunities
  • continuously working on our Outbound Sales strategy to ensure a strong pipeline AND expansion of our internal outbound sales know-how
  • sharing that know-how with all interested parties: our services team (so that they can educate our customers better), our marketing team (so that they can create quality content), our sales team (so that they can be true subject matter experts), and our product team (so that they can build a better product).
  • fine-tuning the process of qualification and conversion of inbound requests generated by our marketing team
  • owning additional initiatives with the purpose of generating more qualified opportunities (e.g., Affiliate Program).

Must-haves:

  • prior success in a sales development leadership role (process & people)
  • true passion for Outbound Sales/Sales Development
  • mindset for continuous improvement and being a learning machine - always looking for new ways to do your job better and better
  • have the ability to motivate your team to crave constantly more knowledge and share it with others
  • extreme ownership in terms of setting challenging goals and embracing them to grow as individual and as a team
  • always putting people first - always having good intentions on your mind and giving valuable feedback is the key here
  • always understanding and taking into consideration the broader perspective

 

Nice to have:

  • experience in managing the outbound sales process for both service and product companies
  • experience in working with a product that combines self-service with high-touch sales

  2. Technical interview (1h) with Chris (CRO) & Filip (Head of Sales Development) - hop on a video call so that we can chat about Growbots, our sales goals, strategies & team values. We'd also loved to get to know you better, so prepare for a couple of questions related to your knowledge & experience.
  3. Home task/case study (1-2h) - prepare a short recruitment task for us.
  4. Executive interview (30 min) with Luke (CEO) to make sure that you’ll find yourself aligned with our mission, culture & values!
