Head of Sales EMEA - ERP

Location - Remote UK Based, preference to be commutable to London or Edinburgh

Reporting to – Sales & Marketing Director

Salary - £80,000 - £100,000 Basic depending upon experience. 50/50 compensation plan

Requirements

What will you do?

This is an exciting and challenging prospect for someone who is experienced in driving new business growth, if that’s been in the NetSuite space even better. You will initially be a player manager, with responsibility for your own targets as well as that of the teams. In addition, you will play a part in refining the strategy for the territory and shaping the growth over the coming years. You will cover the EMEA territory with a special focus on UK and Europe. The target sectors are Oil & Gas, Construction and Renewables, and your main responsibilities are as follows;

  • You will nurture existing and forge new relationships with key contracts to secure ongoing licence revenue.
  • Ensure ProScope is effectively promoted within the NetSuite network in territory.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to ensure reliable and predictable forecasting is delivered to the business
  • Reporting against pre-agreed sales metrics
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for self and team
  • Representing ProScope at industry events - therefore there will be an element of travel required with this role.
  • Day to Day management of the ProScope EMEA Sales Team
  • Coaching and personal development of EMEA Sales Team

What you will need?

Within this role we are looking for a highly experienced and professional sales professional, experienced selling within the SAAS space with an ability to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Sales Process Proficiency
  • Proven track record of selling and demonstrating SAAS solutions, ERP and NetSuite experience would be beneficial
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key target sectors (O&G Services, Construction and Renewable Energy) also preferable
  • Proven track record of negotiation and closing in a SaaS product environment
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret data and stats to monitor, report on and manage sales team performance
  • At ease with senior stakeholder management including board reporting and engaging directly with senior contacts both end user and channel
  • Either a track record of team management or a demonstrable career and development path leading you to a management role
