[Hiring] GTM Sales Enablement Specialist @Docyt

Docyt, a fast-growing FinTech startup based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. Docyt is passionate about giving businesses control of their financial data and helping them make well-informed, timely decisions. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our Sales team sell Docyt's AI-powered super app by creating and delivering effective sales enablement programs.

• Develop and implement effective sales enablement programs to support the Sales team
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop training materials on new and existing products
• Work with Sales leadership to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions
• Deliver training sessions to the Sales team on the Docyt app, effective selling techniques, and market trends
• Develop collateral and materials to support the Sales team, including case studies, presentations, and competitive analysis
• Manage the Sales team's content library and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and relevant
• Continuously analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
• Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the computer software industry preferred
