Role Summary:

 

 

• We are looking for a seasoned marketer who can build repeatable marketing processes and systems. We expect this individual to grow into scaling the marketing org at Trend.
• This individual will work directly with our CEO and Head of Growth to increase growth through our current channels and find new channels. You will need the ability to manage a few different channels simultaneously.
• This role will manage our marketing contractors and ensure consistency in Trend brand and marketing activities.
• Launch growth experiments, analyze what’s working and not working, identify opportunities in the marketing stack, and use marketing automation to improve conversion rates.
• Set up reporting and analysis for our current lifecycle funnels including both granular tracking, reporting, and experimentation results.
• Write and come up with all copy across landing pages, emails, and CTAs
• As we continue to grow, we expect this person to make hires and manage the core marketing time to increase our team’s marketing capacity.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

 

 

• Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaign development with a focus on brand, creative, and copy.
• 5+ years in marketing roles (leading contractors and/or employees is a plus).
• Deep project management experience.
• Portfolio of previous work and projects available.
• Data-driven with an understanding of defining, measuring, and reaching KPIs.
• Owning and building the Trend brand and the thought leadership that supports it.
