Ready helps broadband service providers connect more families and businesses to better internet. Our platform levels the playing field on this century’s most important utility - making sure everyone has access to fast and reliable internet.
This is a golden opportunity to join a fast-moving product company in an industry poised to receive tens of billions of dollars in federal funding over the next few years. We’ve built a great (and strengthening product), a massive pipeline of interest, and we're ready to grow.
We’re looking for creative and motivated Sales people across different levels of experience to build out the function.
A bit about you 🥇
1+ years SaaS, Telecom (or related) sales experience – especially as part of an early-stage team
Track record of carrying (and exceeding) activity metrics
Strong skills and experience using sales software to prospect at scale - CRM (HubSpot), VoIP phone, lead enrichment, and sequencing tools
Enjoy working in a low-structure work environment – and have a knack for finding efficiencies via process, tooling, and rigor
Concise and effective in written and spoken communication
Bonus points for experience working with (or supporting) federal grant programs, infrastructure projects, and/or utilities
As an early member of the Sales team at Ready, you’ll help map, build, and scale out our Market Development process for converting MQLs to SQLs and reducing sales cycle
Systematically contact inbound leads via phone, email and online meeting platforms and conduct initial qualification
Collaborate closely with Community, Sales, and Support to assess the needs of our prospects and deeply understand Ready’s products, services and value propositions
Partner with technical teams - build a deep understanding of our products, be able to conduct effective early discovery, and relay feedback to product and engineering
Creative problem solvers approaching an antiquated system with a revolutionary viewpoint
Humble but ambitious, knowledgeable but curious, persistent but not obnoxious
Fully distributed and highly asynchronous
Comfortable working remotely
