[Hiring] Account Manager @Kuno Creative

May 02, 2023 - Kuno Creative is hiring a remote Account Manager. 📍Location: Northern America.

This is a 100% remote full-time position with scheduled work hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. Candidates must live in the EST or CST areas of North America.

Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy, outgoing person who enjoys digging deep and figuring out how to use different CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo? Are you detail-oriented and love working in spreadsheets or creating great presentations in PowerPoint? Are you someone who continuously is learning by reading, Googling and asking yourself questions about what’s next or what if something could be done a different way? If so, this entry-level position with lots of room for advancement may be a great fit for you.

Account Managers at Kuno Creative work with our senior industry-leading Marketing Strategists and Leadership team, until they are promoted to Associate Strategist and beyond. You also become an owner on the date of hire with only a two-year period to begin your vesting schedule for your annual stock distributions.

Account Managers at Kuno ensure clients receive great customer service in a timely fashion. They regularly communicate to build client relationships and deliver successful outcomes and track and forecast success metrics.

General Responsibilities

  • Customer service for key accounts while working closely with our leadership Team and Marketing Strategists
  • Be a point of contact for client communications
  • Identify challenges and solutions, report on key metrics
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines

Requirements

Specific-Job Requirements

  • You must be a tech savvy person
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English using verbal and written skills

Education & Training

Kuno uses HubSpot CRM software for most clients. You will be given access to the HubSpot Academy online courses for ongoing training and education. During the first six months of employment, you will be asked to complete several video courses that provide certifications for a variety of topics that will help you have the most success in this position. Most courses are composed of a few hours of watching videos followed by a short exam of around 50 multiple-choice questions. The certifications need to be renewed annually.

Compensation

  • Compensation is based on experience with a starting range of $60,000 - $70,000.

Decision Stage (email)
