[Hiring] Account Executive @Gotham Enterprises Ltd

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a leading Nationwide Healthcare and Mental Health Job Site platform seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As our new team member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as selling and marketing our Job Board within the Hospital & Health Care industry. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven, and passionate about making a difference.

This is a 100% remote Job.

Work Schedule: M to F 9-5 pm

Objective: To Open Up New Customer Accounts to use our Site to Post Job Ads to Hire Talent.

• Open up new company accounts to post job ads on our site
• Give Demos of our technology on Zoom to Prospective Customers
• Promote and Market our site on social media
• Run Email Marketing Campaigns
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships with Hospital & Health Care organizations
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
• Drive the full cycle of client engagement from initial prospecting to closing the sale
• Create and execute marketing and outreach plans to generate new business
• Collaborate with our team of recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date and informed on industry trends and changes
• Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals to clients

Salary is $40,000-$50,000 a year DOE plus bonus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology or Hospital & Health Care industry
• Previous Experience working for Indeed, Careerbuilder, Monster, or Ziprecruiter
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry and the Hospital & Health Care industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
