Outfund is a rapidly expanding fintech helping Founder-led SaaS and eCommerce businesses supercharge their growth by offering a simple, data-driven way to apply for investment.

Founded in 2018, we are now 60 people across four sites: UK, Australia, Ireland and Spain, with more to come. We have recently closed a significant Series A round (£115M!) and are looking for talented individuals across all business functions – it couldn’t be a more exciting time to join and have impact. Requirements

Your day-to-day with us!

• Sourcing target companies across a range of online business sectors including those in e-commerce, SaaS, and subscriptions
• Reaching out via phone, email, and other methods to engage and correspond with target businesses
• Leveraging outbound channels to generate interest and qualify prospects
• Developing relationships, taking targets from the cold point of engagement through to onboarding
• Deeply understanding Outfund’s unique funding solution to accurately educate business owners and CEOs on its value, whilst relating that to the prospect's specific challenges and needs
• Building & Managing your own time and pipeline, swiftly moving prospects through the sales lifecycle effectively
• Working with the credit team to communicate requests for additional documents and information from clients
• Answering queries, resolving any issues, and keeping clients well-informed
• Staying curious about the finance industry and showing a strong understanding of business finance to enable you to have informed conversations with clients
• Providing a warm, slick, and professional experience
• Feeding any roadblocks back to the wider-team

Our dream candidate:

• 2+ years experience in a targeted sales environment (preferably B2B within the SME or finance sector)
• A passion for sales and a love of speaking to CEOs/business owners
• Relentless work ethic and highly self-motivated to deliver
• Demonstrable history of developing new business relationships and achieving sales goals
• A strong understanding of (or ability to learn) how business finance works, and the aptness to speak to clients in their own industry terms
• Comfortable in an ambitious, fast-paced startup environment
• Confident, focused, and enthusiastic
• The capability to adapt to change. We are a young business so you will be getting your hands dirty, and contributing to the overall development of Outfund to help ensure success for everyone!
