Job Description

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator, with 1+ years of account management, project management, or customer success experience. This role is responsible for delivering massive value to our largest enterprise customers, improving retention and product adoption. On a day to day basis, you will be working with customers to help manage their projects and ensure timelines are on track. You’ll be the main point of contact going back and forth between the client, and our internal Sales, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver exactly what the client asked for every time.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the enterprise customer by being the liaison between the customer and our internal teams.
• Execute the project management input process and project delivery role with immaculate notes and attention to detail
• Ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status and next steps on a regular cadence through Slack and Email, and via weekly 1:1s with your Manager
• Follow internal best practices to make customers lives easier
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the success of your customers, including Sales, Design, and Marketing
• Execute upsell and cross sell opportunities which are shared with the Sales team who will then drive commercial negotiations
• Provide strategic advice to our customers to increase their loyalty
• Identify business opportunities with customers and generate outstanding customer business experience to improve retention
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, promptly responding to every point of communication via email, phone, and video calls.

Requirements

• 1+ years of account management, project management, or customer success experience at a small to midsize creative agency or technology company.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must; other languages are a plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A contagiously positive attitude that helps our customers grow to love us
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
• Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
• A strong sense of aesthetic and a desire to ship a top-quality finished product
• Passion for technology, creativity, and design
• A sense of urgency to deliver and delight our customers
