This is a fantastic opportunity for a Test Analyst to gain exposure working on several large and exciting projects across both Xref brands (Xref and RapidID). Working directly with our Lead Tester, you will be an integral member of our Delivery team.

Key areas of the role include

• Independent preparation and execution of test cases and test plans using Qmetry
• Take ownership of application quality 
• Analyse test results including troubleshooting and problem determination
• Log issues and confirm resolution
• Critically review business requirements and functional specifications
• Provide estimates for test planning and execution
• Assist in determining whether release criteria have been met
• Keep up to date with test methodologies and utilities
• Write test automation scripts, if you possess previous professional experience

• You are currently in a software testing  /  QA role with working experience in manual or automation testing or both
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java
• Automation using Postman or equivalent
• AWS services knowledge
• Experience with performance testing
• You are proficient in using Jira, Qmetry and Confluence
• You have a basic understanding of SQL databases 
• A working knowledge of BDD Tools such as Cucumber would be a bonus
• Experience working on Web Application and API testing
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• You are proactive and take ownership for the quality of the product with little supervision
• Ability to work within given timeframes and deadlines both at an individual and team level
• Effective communicator to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
