Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT / Computer Science
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)Certification a MUST
- Skilled in technical spec writing
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Scrum Master role
- Expert knowledge of Agile
- Software development Background
- Testing experience an advantage
- Proven working experience as a Scrum Master in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong analytical and strategic management skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Problem-Solving and Quality Management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and phone systems
- Firm grasp of IT infrastructures and operations best practice
- Ability to provide accurate documentation on technical specifications and code standards (when required)

- Coordinate sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Administers the scrum board, identify task that are idle or require feedback, ensure tasks are up to date.
- Aid the development team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements. Report and escalate to senior management as needed
- Championing self-organised and cross-functional teams.
- Leading project planning sessions
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Creating and analysis of scrum burndown charts and keeping team and stakeholders up to date with the scrum progress. As well as a detailed project plan to track progress – regularly report back to stakeholders
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Centralise project documentation (requirement documents, technical documents etc.)
- Must be able to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to communicate technical and complex concepts to stakeholders
