We're searching for a Product Manager to facilitate the creation of new service offers across our Microsoft centric Professional and Managed Services teams. To fit into this role, you bring several years of industry specific experience in Microsoft solution delivery with a focus on expanding lines of service and building new service pipelines to meet demand and increased utilization of team talents.

Key skills include a good blend of people, functional, and technical skills for cross-team collaboration. We are looking for individuals to interface with multiple business and technology stakeholders and teams to drive service innovation from internal resources.

Responsibilities include:

• Benchmarking of competitor's products and pricing.
• Understand and analyze team skills and capabilities to align service focus.
• Conduct analysis to drive new product specifications and evaluate performance of existing products.
• Maintain the product roadmap and align team training initiatives with necessary skill sets.
• Liaise with industry professionals to anticipate and forecast demand for new technology offers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to produce end to end service offers, collateral, sell-sheets, pricing, and delivery model.
• Advise on skills demand for new service areas and resourcing needs.
• Create pricing calculators and service decks to assist sales team with closing deals.
