We're remote-first with staff residing mostly in North and South America..

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable working with Engineering teams, conducting user research, and translating insights and retention data into cohesive products. You enjoy collecting actionable data about what the market needs today, and coordinating efforts with the sales and marketing team efforts to bring the product to our prospective clients. You consider design and technical implementations in order to create new MVPs or optimize user experience. You will manage the production of a product from beginning to end, which can involve:

• Collect and analyze market research to develop a product vision and recommend the best markets where our product fits, and ultimately, sells. 
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to design and implement new features or cross-vertical products.
• Define product requirements and related product marketing communication objectives 
• Conduct post mortem and retrospectives to improve the design and development processes
• Own the customer feedback loop; present key metrics to leadership to track product performance
• Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building software products for Saa/PaaS platforms aimed at solving problems for sales, marketeching and tech audiences (B2B, B2B2C)
• Experience working with a Project Manager and agile development (sprint planning, release and implementation, backlogs) 
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for a great user experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and present strategic plans to a executive leadership team and related product stakeholders
• Proactive and positive thinker who takes initiative in solving problems.
