[Hiring] Data-Driven Product Manager/Owner @Hastee

Hastee is an award-winning, earnings on demand provider that is changing the way people get paid to help reduce the financial stress that affects almost 2/3 of the working population. Hastee promotes employees’ financial health by giving people access to their pay, as soon as they’ve earned it, through the Hastee app. We work on a B2B2C model, selling our financial wellbeing solution to large & medium-sized companies, who in turn offer the Hastee app as a corporate benefit to their staff. We therefore have two types of clients: employers and employees.

With the cost-of-living crisis deepening, many more people are going to find themselves running out of credit options or struggling with debt. The ability to access earned pay in real-time rather than in strict monthly pay cycles will play an increasingly vital role in supporting individual cashflow.

• Help to define & execute the roadmap based on the company vision & goals; and

Your key responsibilities:

As Product Manager at Hastee, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Analysing data on product usage and customer feedback to inform product development decisions & optimise our onboarding funnel
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Management, Customer Success and Marketing, but also the IT team, to implement data-driven changes to our app
• Using data to understand and drive further increase to our user engagement, continuously monitoring the performance and usage of each feature to ensure they are meeting the needs of the product and its users
• Researching and identifying third-party services or technologies that could be integrated into our product to add new features and capabilities
• Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure successful integration of their services or technologies into our product
• Defining the epics and user stories.
• Conducting experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses about how to improve the onboarding process and the usage of our app
• Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), related to onboarding and product performance, and reporting on those metrics to stakeholders.
• Assessing the effectiveness of growth strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Communicating with stakeholders about the findings, recommendations, status and progress of every feature and their improvements.

We need someone with:

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets to identify patterns and insights
• Product experience with mobile development technologies
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis and experimental design to optimize user funnels, product development and growth
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of web/app tracking technologies and frameworks such as Google Analytics, Firebase or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with BI (business intelligence) and data visualization tools such as PowerBI,  Tableau, Looker…
• Bilingual English/Spanish (at least native/advanced).
