The Role:

Looking for an opportunity to showcase your exceptional website content management skills? Join our team as a Website Content Specialist!

Reporting to our Website Content Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality content across various channels and regions. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll help build effective communication campaigns that engage clients throughout their user journey. You'll also drive best practices for content production to support our business objectives in acquisition, retention, digital, brand, and customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a knack for explaining technical or complex topics in a simple manner, as you'll be producing content related to forex trading and CFDs. And the best part? Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Providing support to the brand, marketing and communications functions.
• Collaborating with the SEO team, content team and website product owners to lead the review, updating and improvement of content across multiple websites.
• Supporting the design team, Website Content Manager, and the wider marketing team to produce, optimise and deliver web pages to support objectives.
• Support social media growth goals including organic and paid, across existing channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube).
• Supporting the company’s various sales teams in multiple language content strategies.
• Work with the SEO team to respond to SEO content briefs and owning SEO-optimised content within the CMS.
• Writing ad-hoc digital copy for campaigns.
• Working with the campaign specialists to identify opportunities to improve content on site, implementing changes together with digital producers.
• Supporting the Website Manager on the organisation and implementation of editorial content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of written content.
• Ability to collaborate and manage translations with internal and external translators.
• Support the regional campaign specialists day to day, and assisting with ad hoc duties.
• Ability to proactively review and identify opportunities to update websites with relevant and timely messaging.
• Ability to proofread all content produced, ensuring the tone of voice and written style guide is always maintained.

About you:

• • 3+ years of web content authoring, editing and publishing experience
  • Familiarity with web-based CMS such as Contentstack, Wordpress or similar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and timelines
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
