Senior Paid Search Manager (Maternity cover)

Midnite is looking for a Paid Search superstar on a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave starting in April. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing PPC advertising to an exceptional level. This person will work closely with Google, Apple and other SEM platforms to deliver great results. They will be confident in their knowledge of Paid Search, from understanding the latest platform changes to driving sophisticated, complex strategies. Whilst this role has a critical strategic element, we also want someone who understands the platforms and is comfortable rolling their sleeves up and managing campaigns.

• Plan and form effective paid search strategies
• Run and optimise different PPC campaigns
• Manage supplier relationships and the ad accounts across multiple platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Skai Search, Skai Apps & Trafficguard
• Responsible for keyword selection and audience definition
• Plan, budget, monitor bids and track KPIs in order to evaluate performance, pinpoint issues quickly and ultimately maximise ROI
• Compose appealing and brief copies for adverts
• Stay up to date with PPC (Pay per click) advertising and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) trends
• Google Analytics experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Search roles
• Team player
• Analytical, focussed, and results-driven
• Skai/Kenshoo experience, an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Gambling experience a plus but not essential
