Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain conversion-focused landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  

• Monitor and analyze marketing funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.
  

• Plan, execute, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation to maximize customer engagement and retention.
  

• Manage and optimize in-app and web push notifications to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
  

• Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Team Lead to ensure alignment of messaging, campaign goals, and user experience across channels.
  

• Use A/B testing and analytics tools to inform and refine strategies across CRM, email, and push channels.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and user behavior, creating regular reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or CRM roles.

• Proven experience in email marketing and push notifications.

• Strong understanding of landing page creation and marketing funnel optimization.

• Familiarity with  A/B testing, marketing automation tools 

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
