[Hiring] Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Europe) @Aktiia

In this Senior Growth Marketing Manager role, you will report to the Head of Growth and own all digital marketing channels. You'll accelerate customer growth through optimizations, new channels, A/B testing, and creative strategy. This is a foundational position and early hire - it’s an incredible opportunity to learn and grow exponentially as we grow the company.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing, preferably at a health tech or e-commerce company. Previously, you'll have led multi-million dollar advertising budgets and proven you can scale both fast and efficiently. You are an authority on major performance marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc, and are comfortable using analytics tools.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record to set and own digital marketing goals and metrics
• Deep expertise driving multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Leadership ability to collaborate across functions and deliver outcomes
• Creative thinking and ability to take the initiative
• Experimentation experience and attitude with a track record of implementing A/B tests and translating data and qualitative understandings into actionable insights
• BS/MS in Math, Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields
• Bonus: e-commerce experience, fluent in other languages (German, French, Italian)
