We are looking for a exceptional SEM Specialist, with at least 2 years’ experience, who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who speaks fluent English and Spanish. Overall, the individual will be an active part of the SEM team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize one of our projects’ visibility and increase the accessibility of websites.

Main Tasks

Search and Display Network:

• Implement PPC strategy and tactics (Google, Bing, and others)
• PPC Campaigns optimization and testing on multi-language accounts.
• Keyword research and search queries analysis
•  Ad Creation and Testing
• Quality score improvements
•  Conversion optimization and tracking to increase ROI and drive volume
• Develop new seasonal/promotional offers and optimize landing pages, generating text ads, keywords and bids
•  Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
• Creating briefings for creative and cooperating with design
• Define retargeting/remarketing strategies
• Target audiences for each purpose
• Implement retargeting/remarketing campaigns
• Management and optimization of remarketing campaigns
• Reporting and analysis on different performance metrics: CPA, CPL, ROI, KPI's, CTR

Requirements

•  At least 5 years of experience in Online Advertising for the main search engine (Google, Bing at least)

•  Excellent Internet data analysis capabilities
•  Strong Knowledge in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•  Strong analytical skills
•  Fluent in English and Spanish
•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, e-business, economics is a plus
•  Very strong attention to detail
•  Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
•  Ability to work independently and synthesize large amount of data
•  Flexibility, being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
