[Hiring] Project Manager (Marketing Transformation) @Riverflex

Location: Remote (Based in UK)
Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 12 months

Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions and they have recently restructured their marketing department from a service marketing to a marketing innovation business unit. With a new business unit, lots of activities are being done but with little or no alignment, and if they proceed to work in this way, the business unit will not be able to get maximum value.

To support the business unity in getting its intented value, we are looking to support out client with a consulting assignment or project manager with a unserstanding of service marketing, marketing transformations, and operating model (re)design and delivery. You will be reporting directly to the directors in the marketing innovation unit as well as project sponsors.

What you will be responsible for:

• Conducting a cap assessment on the current state on what is happening and creating an overview of challenges and improvement areas 
• Designing the future state to solve for the challenges (including operating model design and governance)
• Creating a roadmap and implementation plan and coordinating the implementation across multiple workstreams
• Ensuring there is appropriate validation and buy-in from key stakeholders 

Requirements:

• Experience with operating model and organizational design, preferably within service marketing
• A background in driving marketing transformation projects and/or programmes
• Strong communication skills, highly organized, efficient, and results-driven
• An expert in managing as well as tracking marketing projects, balancing tactical needs to execution and strategy with the communication skills to handle brief desires and realities
