• Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, using data to drive enhancements and refine bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Staying at the forefront of digital advertising and AI technologies, integrating the latest advancements into campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conducting thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and execution.
• Developing and implementing A/B testing plans to continuously improve ad performance, landing pages, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns at a professional level, with a significant focus on driving measurable results.
• Deep expertise in developing and executing Google Ads strategies, with a history of achieving demonstrable success.
• Proficient in managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond.
• A solid understanding of the PPC landscape in 2025, with a particular focus on how AI technologies are reshaping digital marketing strategies, is essential. Your expertise allows you to anticipate changes and use AI tools to boost PPC campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• By integrating the latest innovations and insights into strategic planning, you ensure that our advertising efforts remain future-ready and at the forefront of industry evolution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret detailed data sets and apply insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms for performance tracking.
• Documented success in enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement through strategic PPC initiatives.

Location
This is a remote position - our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Florida, USA, so company operating hours are 9am - 5pm ET (UTC -5). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day.
